Fitting, Options & Accessories

NDK remains committed to building highly customized sea kayaks for paddlers. Custom built Nigel Dennis Kayaks are our norm here at MIKCo. Custom bulkheads, special layups, colors and graphics are just a few options from a range of performance features. We place most custom boat orders in the fall; they are built over the winter for delivery in the spring. Most of our new in-stock NDKs have custom features.

Fitting

Full price new boat sales include custom-cut hip and thigh pads for enhanced contact between you and your boat, and front bulkhead foam for paddlers with custom front bulkheads. We also foam and fit any other boats by appointment, if you are interested in the advantages of increased contact, better seating position, and longer term comfort.

Paddles & Sprayskirts

Celtic paddles are MIKCo's paddle of choice. Talk to us about how the various blade shapes can enhance your personal paddling style.

MIKCo recommends Snapdragon sprayskirts, which are custom sized to all NDK cockpit openings.
